We provide delivery and pickup right to your chosen address in the South of Tenerife, every day of the week. Logistics fees are waived for orders over 90€; for orders under 90€, a 25€ charge applies.

Please note, for orders to the North of the island, please contact us to arrangee a delivery window.

For larger orders, you will be asked to pay a deposit before delivery. Don’t worry , you’ll get it back as soon as we collect the items.

When we deliver, you’ll need to sign a small contract confirming receipt of the equipment, and we’ll take a photo of your passport or ID for security. Depending on the item, we may require a fully refundable deposit at the start of the rental period; it will be refunded in full at the end of the rental, provided the device is returned in the same condition. The security deposit protects against any damages or lost accessories.

If we attempt delivery and no one is at home, we will charge an extra €25, and the same fee applies for pickup, any delay in pickup will incur a €20 per day fee

Don’t worry – we’ll repair or replace it at no extra charge. If it’s damaged through misuse or neglect, you’ll simply cover the repair cost. Either way, we’re here to support you all the way.

Yes, if you find that you need the item for a longer duration, you can easily extend your rental period. Simply contact our customer support team by whatsapp, and they will assist you in extending the rental duration based on availability.
